I am 100% doing this. It’s always a nightmare trying to do my gravy after the turkey comes out while fighting off the skin pickers!

Statin all but broth , then melt melt 1/2 stick butter, and equal parts flour (4-5 tbsp) whisk continuously, nonstop slowly add in Turkey broth
