Day 4 and I feel exactly like this and I haven’t even taken the day 4 pill yet! Yesterday I spent the WHOLE day on the toilet! Stomach kills! I’d rather be a hot mess.

I found that if I eat before I take it then I don’t get sick!! It kicks my ass in like 10 minutes if I don’t have something in my stomach first!

I’ve been doing it for a very long time 😅 but if you take it during lunch right before or after you eat. It’s not “as” bad lol

I eat a HUGE breakfast and then take my med right after I’m done eating. Seems to help me a lot with the hunger headaches that would come on later
