you should never change them like that, the tread is use to running one way and by flipping it around the other way can makw it wear out very quickly

The more u do it the faster it gets and if you get a rattle gun and sockets you’ll have the tyre on and off in under 5mins but amazing job

That’s awesome! Little thing I learnt is never remove the bolts in a row - do kinda like a star shape so the weight is evenly distributed
