i got tinnitus about 4 months ago and 1 month in i noticed that when i make myself lucid dream (consious while you dream) there is no tinnitus, thats the only way i can enjoy real silence haha

Going on 40yrs. Just recently it has started in my other ear, gotten way louder, now varying in sound, & affecting my hearing. I’m in tears daily.

i'm scared, i have covid now and it's on day 3 och day 4, i hear almost nothing and have the worst tinnitus. scared as hell that it wont go away😭
