En plus de cela ils sont délicieux, riches en fibres et en vitamines. Si vous n’avez pas de mixeur, râpez simplement la pomme sur une râpe fine pour obtenir comme une purée 🫶 J'ai utilisé une grosse pomme d'environ 200g puis ai enlevé le trognon avant de la mixer avec 60g de noix de coco râpée. Presser environ 1 cac de pâtes entre votre main pour bien amalgamer les biscuits en boules avant de les poser sur le papier sulfurisé légèrement huilé. Les biscuits sont assez friables au sortir du four, pour éviter cela mettez 1 cas de graines de lin ou de chia moulues dans la pâte et laisser le tout reposer 10 min avant de former vos biscuits. On enfourne pour 20 min à 180°C et on laisse complètement refroidir au sortir du four.
