To warm it? wouldn't hurt the plastic applicator. My wife and daughters kept them by the heating vent. Just my guess. 🤔

I run mine under water sometimes. Makes it go in smoother, but as much mess as the lube. Either way tampons hurt me so I’m over all the hacks 🤣
