I know this video was 2 years ago but what I would do is fill a bowl with warm water and dish soap, drop it in there and wait about 10 - 20 minutes (occasionally scrub)

just buy coin wax. is the type of wax that the museum use to conserve ancient coins, that way your sweat will not interact with the copper to produce the green stuf on your skin. i have an copper roman coin pendant, it use to make my skin green, after i pun the wax on it the coin is protected so my skin, dont use nail polish or warnish cuz is toxic and the bracelet will not look natural
