Kebap | English ⬇️ Fırında kebap yapmayı pek tercih etmem ama bu kebaptan sürekli karşıma çıktığı için bir denemek istedim. Sonuç çok pratik ve lezzetli 🤌🏼 Malzemeler 500gram yağlı kıyma 1 tutam maydonoz 1 iri soğan (rendele ve suyunu süz) Tuz Karabiber Toz biber Kimyon Yanına soğan salatası ve sebzeler közledim. * Kıyma, soğan, maydonoz ve baharatları çok yoğurmadan karıştırıp, tepsiye aldım. 1 parmak kalınlığında yayıp, 2 parmak kalınlığında 6 eşit parçaya ayırdım. İyice ayırın yoksa birbirine yapışır. * Önceden ısıtılmış alt üst ayarda 200 derecede 20-25 dk da hepsi birlikte oluyor. Hızlı kızarsın diye üstten 2. Kata koydum. Afiyet olsun 🤌🏼 ⬇️ Ingredients 500gr minced meat (fatty) 1 pinch of parsley 1 large onion (grate and drain) Salt Black Pepper Pepper powder Cumin I served it with onion salad and roasted vegetables. * I mixed the minced meat, onion, parsley and spices without kneading it too much and put it on the tray. I spread it 1 finger thick and divided it into 6 equal pieces 2 fingers thick. Separate it well or it will stick together. * Preheated at 200 degrees on the preheated lower and upper setting, it all comes together in 20-25 minutes.
