if people moan about that they'd hate me, I used to drink around 30 cans of monster a week and added 1 or 2 redbulls on my really tired days 😂

I honestly knew someone who ended up extremely ill by drinking too many, honestly I'd slow it down or cut it out completely if possible

I lost a friend 2 years ago to heart failure from drinking energy drinks like 6 a day. the more you drink the worst you feel aswell.
