I actually rent my camara system... I dont own mine at all, I pay $15 a month monitoring and the camera system is a added rental fee.

the simplest options are saying you gotta pay them off to the new owner or I take them. I'm not using them to the end of the term I'm not paying.

some security system companies allow you to take them with you when you move. vivant is one of them.
