I look at the spec sheet and the motor is internally wired STAR (uk) the 4 th wire is ground the second cable is feedback hall sensors

That is a brushless dc motor you should have shown a true thee phase motor which normally come with 9 or 12 leads and you can wire them for 240 or 480
