I think they did that on purpose. like drugs may look good when your watching your friends do them but they have this negative impact on you (rue).

I think you’re missing the purpose of the show. These are high school kids. And most high school kids experiment with drugs, and never get caught.

They’re people Rue’s age who take drugs… the show just helps people who are struggling with addiction/depression etc… that they’re not alone.

I think that a good lesson from the show’s audience would be to kill off a character with drugs whose main story arc isn’t centered around drug use.

my cousins was 14 when she first watched the show and decided she wanted her career to follow what Kat was doing in season 1. SHE WAS 14!!
