Has the parchment paper helped if not react? About to buy some since I only have metal lids

you will also want a non metallic lid. I didn't have one so I used parchment paper. you can use plastic wrap or zip lock as well

iron oxide ... that is all. you should limit the amount of PINK Himalayan salt you take in. this is mass exposure into the body
