Kids may not have a great home life , some teachers don’t have a good home life too ………. We need to adjust to meet the need of teachers& students

It wouldn't work but I feel like principals and maybe supes need to come in pairs. 1 teaches 1 year then admins 1 year the next and they switch.

My school did not have social workers. We had school counselors but all they did was the schedule. Imagine that being a thing now
