I am waiting on a second EMG to rule out other conditions, but BCFS is a strong suspect. I also get these in my abdomen, left arm, left side, and right leg. I am also Anti-,Gad 65 low titer positive.

Ice had this for 3 yrs drs couldn't figure it out I hold it tight and and firm helps a little then not holding pressure against it. It's horrible I almost fainted today.

I have this in my stomach sides legs I hate it but magnesium glycinate has helped so much and drinking more water. It’s been months 3 months that I have taken it and haven’t had any episodes.

I have this too! Diagnosed about seven years ago. I have it in the exact same area as well as my feet and lower legs but the abdomen is the worst.

I started to get this, I have hashimotos (just got diagnosed) and I think this was happening when I would eat dairy and gluten I removed this from my diet and I have not experienced it
