Ive fed from nets for years but now feed from the floor (hay sling). I found my yearling was sore when she ate from a net (just above her withers).

Mines the same. Tried a haybar he drags it out of that and poos on it so unfortunately a hay net it is just not to high

Iv never fed from nets , always on the floor stable or field and I spread it out in clumps, they are grazers so they go find it and work for it 😁

I just put a big bale of hay in the middle of the field with a massive haynet over it so it doesn’t fly everywhere and she can’t eat it in one day 😂
