My 3 month old was hospitalized and they actually did this AND they stuck a suctioning hose through her nose, down her throat and I think into her lungs. It helped a lot though.

Um former peds nurse here, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with what she is doing it or how she is. I’ve taught this same technique.

Please use distilled water as you could introduce a parasitic infection if the water isn’t sterile. Otherwise go momma 🥰

For baby sinus rinses the box says to tilt their head to the sides depending which nostril you spray in. This way it'll help clear the passage better!
