If you’re in the Western States, check out the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE). The only way mine were able to go out of state!

MSU gives students that have parents are currently serving and or are retired military in state tuition rates. That is about the only way at MSU.

In state residency is possible. Many schools offer classification review and if parents purchased a condo as residence and student gets DL.

In NJ all by 2 of the state colleges are within a 30 minute drive or train of my House. My parents wouldn’t allow me to stay instate cause of this
