Likely from the inhaler. It’s some water nasal discharge that has sat there and got oxidized, and kind of turns that color. ♥️Love you Dash!

I’ve been told by two vets that it’s simply dried mucus. They can get it around their eyes and mouth too, like we do but it oxidizes and turns dark.
