Your forehead muscle contraction is strong. The first time botox your doctor will inject with approved units to see the result before touch it up with more units. When you find the right amount of botox your forehead needs it can lasts upto 6-9 months. Mine lasts 100% effect in 4 months then it starts fading off. I usually touch up in month 5
