100% get an internet connection to your inverter. however the warranty outlined in the ITC is still valid regardless. you just won't know it's broke

I used to do so many gsm to 3G upgrades but they are not broadcasting 3G anymore so I’m not sure what options other then hard wire

So we only install them with the cell kit, and homeowners get a login for an app to monitor system. You telling me those don’t work after 3-5 years?😳

all of my desktop PCs are connected to Ethernet, but my thermostat and lawn irrigation are WiFi. there's no reason this can't be WiFi too
