**SAVE RECIPE M ** Ingredients ⭐️ 1 tbsp olive oil and 2-3 tbsp butter ⭐️ a bunch of garden tomatoes (store bought if you didn't grow any) ⭐️ 2 medium onions diced ⭐️ 4 garlic cloves sliced ⭐️ 1.5 tsp salt ⭐️ 2 tbsp Italian herbs seasonings  ⭐️half a pint water ⭐️1.5 tbsp tomato puree  ⭐️ 1 tsp mr naga  ⭐️ 1 tsp chilli powder ⭐️200g fusili pasta ⭐️half a cup double cream ⭐️2 tsp parsley (fresh is preferable!) ⭐️ 1 tbsp coarse black pepper METHOD: 1. In your oil and butter, fry your onions and garlic for a few minutes. 2. Add in sliced tomatoes, salt, Italian herbs and chilli powder. Add in your water and leave on low heat to simmer for 1.5 hours. Check halfway to crush it down a bit with wooden spoon. Add more water if it's not broken down enough yet. 3. When it's ready, mash it down with a potatoe masher. 4. Add tomato puree (and mr naga if you want it) and let this cook in the sauce for 5 mins on medium heat 5. Add raw pasta and another pint of boiling water and cover to cook pasta through for 15 minutes on low heat. If it's not done, add a splash and cook for an extra 5mins. 6. Add double cream and parsley and black pepper and bring it to a boil. 7. Serve with any sides you like and cheese topping.  Ps. I seasoned, fried and added chicken the next day which you could easily do too. I seasoned it with whatever I wanted really, black pepper garlic Italian herbs the usual suspects!!
