At my 39w I was 1cm and 0%. 2 days later I went into labor, water broke on its own, pushed for 30 mins, and had my boy in my arms!! Don’t give up!

Your body doesn’t have to dilate or efface at all before labor. You could go into labor tonight regardless of how dilated you were at your appointment
