Shed-to-house living :
So for those wondering, I did a shed-to-house. My total cost was 80k with a 16x40ft on 3 acres of land in east Texas. It’s a complete smart home too.

Yall gotta stop saying they sell tiny homes, cause they don’t, the sell mini barns and sheds and people turn them into tiny homes. It is not a home when you buy it, it is the shell of a mini barn and shed

those are sheds you may be able to get away with living there but renting one will get you in trouble not worth it also illegal for you to live there

By the time you buy the land and put well and septic in as well as finish the interior it will quite a bit. But definitely a decent idea potentially.
