I had this same thing, when I would push on a spot on my neck with my fingers it would go away. Had surgery and now it’s gone. My was not an Aneurysm.

Get an MRV with contrast and a CT. If you are having any eye issues definitely ask for ophthalmologist and a lumbar puncture to check your cerebral 1
