My progesterone says they are to be taken on empty tum - nothing to eat 2 hours before - anyone had any side effects if they don’t observe this rule?

In peri, regular clockwork cycle still. Take 200mg progesterone day 15-26. Only taken P for 2-3 cycles and having horrible low moods/depression.

Hi I was prescribed to take 100mg progesterone day 1-25 of the month then have a 3 day break and start again. Had dizziness fatigue mood swings

I think the progesterone gives you sore head not hrt gel. I only get the headache when I take progesterone. I have taken it from oct 21- til now.
