I always just cut it and replace. No sense in getting a bushing hot and stuff.

if you can get a ball joint press on it, I've had some luck pressing them out. but usually can't get the press on there.

Yeah, that’s where I’m at right now. Seized rear cam bolts, not to mention a Ford Edge front wheel camber is non adjustable.
