it's brutal. 7yrs, 3 ivf cycles, 5 transfers it took, I got my + with my last embryo. I was DONE if it didn't take. 30 weeks and it doesn't feel real.

I feel the exact same way. My retrieval is on Thursday and I only have 8 follicles and my estrogen levels are a bit low so I’m panicking a bit too.
