About a year ago we were stuck in a 5:30 routine too 😭 I was not able to get up before my kids until we trained them to sleep until 6:30 🥴

Mine is 2 and he gets up like 9 but I do work from home and I think what helps is def the early bedtime and sometimes he doesn’t nap

Mine usually gets up at 7:30. I get up about 30 min before to have some coffee by myself before the craziness of the day starts

I’m not. I leave her in her crib till I get up. She’s safe and she’s not crying so I’m not worried about it.

Put them to bes early so you can do a nighttime routine and then it won’t matter that they are early risers

5:30😮 wow you’re amazing! Mine (2.5 & 1) wake up around 8/8:30 and I still stay in bed for awhile and let them read books in bed until I get them 😂

What time are you putting them to bed? Mine try to get up that early it’s still night time so I put them back to bed now they get up at 8 or 9
