Here’s a simple recipe for creamy chicken pot pie pasta: Ingredients: • 2 chicken breasts, diced • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 onion, diced • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 carrots, diced • 2 celery stalks, diced • 1 teaspoon dried thyme • Salt and pepper to taste • 2 cups chicken broth • 1 cup heavy cream • 1 cup frozen peas • 12 ounces pasta (your choice) • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Instructions: 1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside. 2. In the same skillet, add diced onion, minced garlic, carrots, celery, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes. 3. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer. 4. Add frozen peas and cooked chicken back to the skillet. Stir to combine. 5. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and add cooked pasta to the skillet with the chicken mixture. 6. Stir everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. 7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the pasta mixture. Cover the skillet and let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese is melted. 8.
