They need probiotics. My dog had the same issues. Start with some keifer in their food. Will take a few months.

Try a pool noodle cut into aprx 10 to 15cm pieces strung on a collar. Must softer on their neck & shoulders/sleeping etc., Also the comes amplify soun

Poor sweet boy! My dog chews his nails constantly. We think he started it at the shelter due to nerves and anxiety. Hope your baby is better now! ❤️

Have you tried giving him an allergy shot? I just tried for mine and it reduced his licking by maybe 80%!
