I don’t know of any veterinary ear meds that are only an anti fungal, they contain other important active ingredients. Plus not addressing allergies

can I put in an ear with a ruptured ear drum? How will I know if the ear drum is ruptured or not? Can ear infections be bacterial or a combination?
