supposed to use baby powder as a skin barrier before waxing then immediately apply a cooling oil for waxing/witch hazel/whatevers recommended on label

No you wax the hair then you put the parchment paper with the oil on it and add it on your lips to take away the sticky parts

i used strip wax once and had that. your skin is too sensitive for wax strips. get separate wax and just strips without the wax and use those or get +

Idk if you did this but before peeling the strips apart rub them between your hands using friction to create some heat to warm up the wax and then put
