im a CNA and i’ve never had an issue with clipping toenails? if it’s a safety hazard the nurse forces us to do it

I was taught in school to never cut toenails/fingernails. I’ve worked @ some facilities that also followed that policy for RN’s. I just don’t 🤷🏻♀️

In long term care I worked at only the Dr, crnp or podiatrist could do toenails 😏
