I’m not even exaggerating.  #Recipe Crispy Kimchi Rice Paper Dumplings 🥩 CHOOSE A PROTEIN ½ lb ground pork (my go-to) ½ lb ground beef for a richer flavor 1 can of tuna, drained ½ block extra firm tofu, crumbled 🍳 OTHER INGREDIENTS • 1 cup cabbage, chopped • ¼ cup shredded carrots • 1 cup kimchi, chopped  • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 tbsp gochujang (optional, for an extra bold kick and spice) • Black pepper • 2 green onions, thinly sliced • 1 egg, beaten • Rice paper sheets • Olive oil for cooking/pan-frying (I love the @Graza one) 👩🏻‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil, cabbage, carrots, kimchi, & choice of protein 2️⃣ Add in soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, black pepper, and green onions. Cook until pork is fully cooked through. 3️⃣ Turn off heat and mix in the beaten egg (this will help bind everything together as the mixture cools slightly) 4️⃣ Soften a rice paper sheet in warm water, then lay flat. Add 2 big spoonfuls of filling to the center, fold in the sides, then roll like a spring roll. Double wrap with another spring roll.
