is that a farouk sunglitz highlighting cap? if so u can use the blowdryer to shrink it tight to the head.....well u use to be able too

They use to do this on my hair about 15 years ago I did not like it because I have a sensitive head and it hurt pulling the hair thru the holes

Once. My head was too big for the cap to sit properly. And the pain from having my hair pulled thru was unbelievable. Never again 😂
