@yogiflightschool: Here's a tip to straighten your arms in wheel pose (urdhva dhanurasana)! Try turning your hands OUT, almost to the outer edges of your mat. This should be a 45-60 degree angle. When you push up from here, you may find you have a lot more space to push your chest through!
