well ..my back is like that too....but I gave birth TWICE with NO MEDS....NOTHING except pitocin to induce labor.....and was still in labor 32 hours with my first...it was 1990, when women were really women and endured without meds! LOL!!..

I had the epidural with my first baby last year and I didn’t experience this! Is this something that comes on after getting it with the 2nd, 3rd, etc

What my epidural doctor told me to avoid this was to not hunch or slouch after birth. Try to keep your back as straight as you can while recovering
