idk why but every time i make banana bread the middle never fully cooks, &’ i’ve put it in there longer but the top just gets more hard &’ the middle

I tried baking banana bread with this recipe and the inside turned out still gooey in the middle even after lowering the temp for an extra 20-30 min😭
