@hhperformancecoaching: Primer Session As a athlete have you ever turned up to a game feeling tired and flat with no energy? Even though your nutrition, sleep and everything around game time has been on point. This can be caused by lack of inactivity the day before a game. You may think your doing the right thing by completely resting but sometimes this works against you. With a primer session it can be a personal preference on what the individual thinks is best for them. However a primer session keeps the athletes preparedness high by exciting their central nervous system 12-24 hours of gametime.
