As you mentioned, there are no long-term studies, so you can’t say it’s good or not! But based on personal experience, whenever I am on the Leto diet, my brain functions way better; my brain functions with ketone bodies! And any specific diet can lead to a loss of vitamins if the food intake is not controlled.
