@hey_veee: #stitch with @😎 Tu Mero Macho 😎 I don’t know you and I’m sure you’re a good soldier but sometimes those minor corrections matter. Not just so “regulation.” Just stay professional and look professional. What’s going to conintue to mold a soldier to be great soldiers/ leaders… relaxed standards or standards?.Following the army values/ warrior ethos is something we all should follow. At least that’s what I’m told 😆. At times we can be relaxed and have fun and still treat everyone as people and not just soldiers. If I’m corrected and as long as it’s tactful on or off post then I reel myself back in and carry on and fix what is wrong. If I ever see someone whaling on someone, I will always intervene to assess the situation and make sure the NCO/ Officer is corrected and the soldier is as well. Don’t be “that guy” who goes from being instilled with standards and discipline to F it- I’ll do what I want kinda mentality. If you were ever in that situation to correct a solider, how would you handle it? Keep being genuine but sharpen up on those leadership skills. We need you
