It’s too bad sunflower is more expensive in the US. It’s the staple for much of Europe (v cheap in France/Belgium/N-lands) and replaced beef lard

Nutritionally what your saying is FALSE. From a chefs point of view maybe for cooking you’d rather use a more stable oil. other than that it’s fine.
