Wouldn’t really agree about Russian. You can also say «Я имею ручку», where «имею/иметь» is literally «to have»

In Modern Standard Arabic to say “I have a book” you can say "كتاب معي" or "لِ كتاب" (and many other ways, it depends on the shade u want to express)
