I just switched from outpatient to home health. I will never accept a job in any setting that requires anything but 1:1. Not worth it.

thats what has me questioning my degree path. i work as an aide and I feel like these pts usually need more 1on1 or PTs need no more than 2 pts per hr

I see about 17 a day for a 10 hour day. My clinicals were 1:1 for 45 min and I wish more places were like that

We do 30min 1:1, with any heat/tens etc applied at the end while another patient is started. Sometimes that is basically a forced meditation/nap but..
