Here’s what works for me ⚡️ ➡️ SLEEP: I’ve been fortunate to not have to use an alarm clock to wake up and have been allowing myself to wake up naturally. I noticed I need 9 HOURS. Because of that, I no longer rely on caffeine or preworkout to get me energized. I know anything above 8hours may seem difficult if u have kids or a million things to do, but really try to prioritize more rest/sleep. ➡️ Eating more LIVING FOODS (aka plants!). I notice a direct correlation with my energy and what I’m eating. Foods that are alive (like fruits and veggies) will provide the cleanest and purest form of energy. I try to get plants in every single meal. ➡️ NOT eating “dead” foods. Basically anything that has been so far removed from once being a fresh food. All ultra processed foods fall into this category.  ➡️ DOING LESS: less in life. Less in your workouts. I think us as a society love to GO GO GO and we are not giving our bodies enough time to SLOW DOWN. Doing super hard core workouts, getting no sleep, and having super busy lifestyles is a recipe for high cortisol levels which equals inflammation and weight retention. While im all for a good HIIT workout, you need to limit it if you feel like your energy is suffering!
