The truck was labeled diesel only and they ignored it but driver should have noticed it didn’t sell diesel too. So like 50/50

My car takes diesel and it doesn't have a different colored gas cap but it does have 2 or 3 highly visible stickers that say diesel only.

We had an even worse one in SC where the truck put the wrong fuel in the underground tank. Big settlement.

Is the one looking for diesel not responsible for pulling up to a diesel pump? If they pull up where there’s only gas, it’s assumed they want gas!

I don’t know if this applys everywhere but the fact diesel pipes nozzles are also wider has saved my car plenty of times 😂😂😂
