In a large bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients. 2. Stir in your vanilla & then add the butter. 3. Mix with your hands to combine well. 4. Wrap & refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. 5. Preheat oven to 350F. 6. Take out your dough, shape it into little saucers & press the edges to make them thinner than the middle. 7. Bake for 10 minutes. 8.
