best tip. do not thaw them. cut them, Rinse them, dry them, and then freeze or cook them and if frozen then cook directly from frozen. you can even par cook them before freezing them for faster meals

Soak raw potatoes in water with a tablespoon of cream of tartar before freezing

my kiddo put 12 lbs of Yukon gold in the freezer. Google said they can't be used. but if I just boil them they should be ok??
