Eli Lilly made a statement that they are prepared with plenty of supply and took measures to avoid shortages. Back order = pharmacy issue.

Spreading misinformation! There are no shortages of Mounjaro. Pharmacies don’t keep it in stock because it’s expensive and needs to be refrigerated.
